Contact profile pictures should allow adjusting the zoom factor of uploaded images. AT the moment you need to edit the images manually with white space around them to appear correctly as seen in this video https://www.loom.com/share/2d12e6e495b245b683b16874e653fb7a.

Moreover, it should accept all common types of image formats like png.
