WIndows 11 built in email client show warning [message #150346]

Hello,

I am starting to get Windows 11 devices that use the Windows built in email-client and connect to the mailserver using Activesync.
Now, all the users are getting the warning "This device doesn't meet the security requirements set by your email administrator".
And I cannot identify what is the reason for this warning.
Passwords are complex and long, no unsecure protocolls allowed.
This did not happen in any previous Windows 10.

Anyone else who seen this and can share some insight?
