I did it this way:

    Enable the Root User via "Directory Utility" (/System/Library/CoreServices/Applications/Directory Utility.app).
    Login as root.
    Go to System Preferences -> Security & Privacy ->Privacy -> Full Disk Access.
    Drag the mailserver (executable) from /usr/local/kerio/mailserver/ to this window.
    I added the other executables kmsrecover and KerioMailServer too (not sure if it's important).
    Logoff Root User and log back in as normal Admin-User.
Now the Disk Access to your external RAID should work.
