Hello all,
We recently installed the latest version of the GFI Archiver Outlook Plugin onto a test Windows 10 18363 machine running Office 365 apps for business, but connected to local exchange.
The plugin works fine, however, when a user goes to use the plugin and search for mail, it creates a new modal window that is locked on top of the desktop.
They cannot bring to the front any other window from any other app. To access other windows, they need to minimize the GFI Connector window manually first which I am told was never the case before and this is somewhat frustrating.
Is this part of the design or something that can be changed from settings?
