I have a customer which was using Kerio in Version 8.2 for several years. this worked until they had to update the terminal-server, thus they had to update office, thus they had to update the KOFF connector, thus they had to update the Kerio-Server. They never had problems with the search-function ( some 10.000 mails in the "incoming" folder). But since the update to the latest Kerio there are problems over problems.
Conclusion: Only a few years back the search-function was working perfectly, but in between 8.2 and 9.x something happened and now i have a big problem with that customer.
Just for the record: Old server was on an old appliance with slow hdd. New server is on SSDs with much more and faster ram and crazy fast Xeon cpus. Server got 10x faster than before, but Outlook got 10x slower, or crashes, or shows nothing. What happened? I can not sell this product anymore, before this problem gets fixed. All our clients use a LOT of e-mails. They worked with the outlook search on an Exchange-Server backend for years. Now they barely get results from KOFF.
I´m realy disapointed.
