it helps business department to follow up the failed faxes and the sent faxes as a proof of sending.
this is necessary for cases we have problems in our email system , but any way they print the sending report, so what not printing it directly to them , and in case there is a problem with the email system, everything works fine, since the received faxes are already printed , but they was the sending report to be printed to not waiting to be received by email.
