Please assist with this issue that i get when running my Kerio reports: Issue: not logged in (unrecognized users). How do i solve this field(unrecognized users) so that i can be able to produce meaningfull reports without that field?

I have configured Authentication option: 'Always require users to be authenticated when accessing web pages'
