We bought the software and installed it on the machine that will be doing our exports. I resolved the "Outlook not installed" issue; in doing so I learned that you need (1) the 32 bit (vs 64) Office 2013, (2) KOFF installed, and (3) an Outlook profile initialized.
In using the program, a couple things we've seen:
The progress does not start over with each section (calendar, mail, etc). When converting mail, it pretty much displays 100% until the run is complete. The numeric item counter progresses correctly
When using 'Outlook mode', when I open the resulting PST file, there is no inbox. Only 'deleted items' in mail, and no calendar items. If I do not use Outlook mode, I see the mail folders and the calendar items.
