If you disable the Spam Rating, the rule to move Spam messages to the Junk folder is still in place, but no rating is done. But messages that contain the header

X-Spam-Status = Yes

will still be moved. The header above can be inserted by any anti-spam appliance or server that is between Kerio and the Internet.

If the SpamTitan appliance is good, Kerio will not catch much Spam anyway (even with Spam Rating enabled), so I wonder if people got much Spam in their Spam folders before the the Spam Rating was disabled.
