Hello,

at the moment we have a info<_at_>domain.com account for all the general office needs. Sadly this doesn't work out well, since all Clients communicate against each other and we are fighting sync-problems, declined events, etc. So i need a workaround to fix this.

The main need is a group/project-calendar used for meetings and organization. I already tried, to share the calendar (still on the info@domain.com account) with the personal accounts of the clients, and disabling CalDAV on the info@domain.com account. Sadly my clients can't invite people on these shared events. Delegation is needed for that. And i think this will lead to the same problems, when everybody is delegated for the info<_at_>domain.com-account...

I think a autoaccepting-account like a resource calendar could fit our needs. Sadly i wasn't able to found a way to transform or convert a personal calendar (personal calendar of the info<_at_>domain.com-account) into a resource calendar. Of course without any data loss, and without hundreds of sent decline- and new invite-mails. Is this possible?

Or maybe, can i create a "resouce" calendar myself via telling the info<_at_>domain.com-account to accept every event?

Thanks a lot!
