Logs Warning "Locale support for language C (C.UTF8) is not installed on the system" [message #137857]

Since yesterday, the logs began to crumble warning:

[06/Dec/2017 12:15:45] Locale support for language C (C.UTF8) is not installed on the system: locale::facet::_S_create_c_locale name not valid
[06/Dec/2017 12:33:06] Locale support for language C (C.UTF8) is not installed on the system: locale::facet::_S_create_c_locale name not valid
...
[06/Dec/2017 17:54:58] Locale support for language C (C.UTF8) is not installed on the system: locale::facet::_S_create_c_locale name not valid
...
[07/Dec/2017 10:59:13] Locale support for language C (C.UTF8) is not installed on the system: locale::facet::_S_create_c_locale name not valid

Version: Kerio Connect 9.2.5 patch 3 (3336)
OS: Debian GNU/Linux 9.2, x86_64

Make "dpkg-reconfigure locales" and reboot server.
All the same, warnings remain.

What to do?
