I have massive problems with my Sierra clients to.
As Think Fixed says its an old Apple bug so first you should report it to Apple.
Another problem ist that Apple supports only one account for the combination of host_name and user_name so the Kerio Assistent uses tricks to get the accounts working.
The ticks doesn`t work very well under Sierra so I would recommend to also create a Kerio Ticket and send them your logs (kerio-connect-account-assistant.log).
My Kerio Ticket is still open and the logs are under review.
Because of the gfi-Kerio merge i don`t think this bug has a high priority at the moment
Cheers
Seb
