We have been seeing this problem for quite a while, but this only happens when we attempt to manually setup the global address list. I believe that this is a limitation of Apple's Contacts app, and not a problem with Kerio Connect. We were able to nag an Apple developer to fix this issue when OS X 10.11.4 was released last year, but the issue came back when macOS Sierra was released. The Kerio Account Assistant installs a configuration profile when you run it. Try removing that configuration profile before running the account assistant again. I'm sorry for the "me too" post, but I have been battling this for some time without any real success.
