Are there any tweaks I can make to stop Out Of Office messages being sent to spammers?

A user's Out Of Office message is being sent to spammers. I assume this is not the intended behavior of Kerio Connect. I'm having a tough time finding the cause. If I knew the order of operations it might help me but I have not found a description.

Here's a guess as to the simplified order of operations for incoming messages:

1. Test for spam.
2. Apply server Message Filters.
3. Apply user Message Filters.
4. If not spam, send Out Of Office message.

A detailed flowchart of the actual flow for incoming mail messages would be great.

It would be fantastic if Out Of Office messages could be sent to only people in the user's contacts. Is that possible? (It would be a good feature.)

Thanks,

Will Mayall
