Some of my understanding, please correct me if I am wrong:
- Exchange Server does not come with integrated anti-virus, third party anti-virus requires initial costs + yearly subscription where as Kerio connect comes with Sophos Integrated Antivirus already installed at low cost $2.20 per user per year
- Kerio Connect comes with fullly functional Backup; Backup on Exchange Server has limited functionality (No scheduling etc), third party backup application add to initial costs;
- Kerio Connect has lower hardware requirement compare to Exchange Server;
- Implementation/administration on Kerio Connect are easier compare to Exchange Server, thus lower the IT staff installation/maintenance cost;
