My users have a CRM built in FileMaker Pro. We are an all Mac shop.
Users can send mail from the CRM via Kerio Connect. We don't do this but mail can be received into FileMaker.
Users can subscribe to calendar events and notifications entered in the CRM using their Connect calendars. The calendars are shared around devices.
If users are at their desktop they can click on a phone number in the CRM to dial their desktop phone automatically using Kerio Operator.
When mobile, the user can use FileMaker Go on iPhone to click and dial a phone numbers, map an address, etc.
I guess the answer really depends on how you want your 'integration' story to read.
