Hi,
Im new to GFI Mail Ess. installed Nov 2022,
we had a strange problem this weekend where we had zero spam at all, until i rebooted my router. but normal email was coming and going okay.
anyways while looking through the logs so see an event i came across these logs can anyone explain what they are?
Event 1:-
WARNING! GFI MailEssentials EWS Information Store Scanning did not scan an item.
GFI MailEssentials EWS Information Store Protection did not scan the following item:
Subject1 [Scanned][Spam score:8%]
located at:
Mailbox: username1<_at_>domain1.co.uk Top of Information Store/Inbox
because of the error:
The message exceeds the maximum supported size., The message exceeds the maximum supported size.
