Hi,
I want to set a bandwidth limit for each user that exceeds his quota. Currently I'm using the exceeded quota bandwidth rule but it is not working for me anymore. All my users that exceed their daily quota are added to this rule and then they share the bandwidth that is assigned to the rule. My network is starting to grow and my customers are complaining that their exceeded limit are becoming too slow. I can't increase the exceeded quota limit because then some users bandwidth won't be reduced when they reach their limit.
I want to specify the exceeded quota bandwidth limit for each user. Eg. If user exceeds his quota reduce speed by 50% or if user exceeds his quota reduce speed to **Mb. I want to be able to specify the percentage or bandwidth. Is it possible to add the feature under the quota exceed action on the user quota menu? I am willing to pay for this feature to be added. If this can't be done I have to start looking for another bandwidth manager which I don't want to do because I love the application. It's only missing this one critical feature which I really need.
Please can you help?
