I have whitelisted an external email address but when they send email to our domain users, it gets rejected as phishing spam. I thought that a custom whitelist entry would solve that but it has not.
Is it Bitdefender that is rejecting the email address? Any ideas on how to send in some notice to say that the email is ok?

BTW: this is a yahoo email account.

I'm on version 9.4.2 on Windows server 2012R2

Figured it out. Yahoo mail stick a signature in by default that is a link. That gets the email flagged as phishing. Had sender remove that and it's solved
