Hi everyone. Kerio Control 9.2.4. There are different clients: AD accounts with authentification by MAC, clients with IPs from specified IP range. Problem: from time to time, client can't connect to the internet. Client can't get the Internet, at the same time client can't ping Kerio Control, but there is a rule to allow ping in it. In Logs - Active hosts, I'm seeing client's IP, but, unauthenticated, if it's authentication by IP. Kerio just doesn't authenticate the client. But, if I try to ping the client from the Kerio, first - there is no answer from the client, after some packets - there are answers from the client, after Kerio is allowing Internet for the client. There are no related messages in Errors, Warnings. What is the cause of the problem?
