Hello,
I have problem kerio control. Kerio control version 9.4.2 patch 1 build 7290

Log view:

Product update failed. Error: Check failed (SSL certificate problem: Invalid certificate verification context)

Antivirus Server error:(PID: 3115) Cannot find update location: SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate in certificate chain. Download failed.

IPS rules update check failed: SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK.

how to solve the problem?

Hi OP8ka, it sounds like you're experiencing an SSL-related issue caused by an unverified, self-signed certificate. You may find it useful to refer to Configuring SSL Certificates in Kerio Control. If the issue persists, consider contacting our Technical Support team!

I have a new SSL certificate created using the local authority. The problem started even before the validity of the certificate.
