Hello,
since the last update to 21.7 Build:20220620 and the Patch 1 my user will be automatically logged out after about 10min from the spam website. This is new and nothing was changed.
Any idea how to get rid of this behaviour? I couldn't find any setting to change that.

Hi itservice, if you are using IIS Authentication Mode you may need to adjust your timeout settings (check the IIS Authentication Mode section in this article). Otherwise, please take a moment to submit a request to our Technical Support team!

Hi Chris, thank you that hit the nail. I'm very sure that the last version upgrade or the Patch 1 changed this setting. We are using ME now for more than 10y and our clients were never disconnected automatically.

I'm glad to hear that worked! I haven't heard about the latest version doing that but I will certainly pass it on to our engineers. Don't hesitate to post or contact our Tech Support if you notice anything else.
