Hi,
I have the problem with two customers that incoming mails are bypassed to Mail Essentials if the mails have a larger attachment (10MB or even more). It can be a PDF, a doc or any other format. Regardless of the sender.
There is nothing in the MailEssentials log, only the mail appears in Exchange Server 2016.
MailEssentails in version 21.7SP1
Environment: MailEssentails -> Exchange Server 2016 on premise.
I do not know what to do!
Would it be possible to downgrade to 21.6?

Hi,
here an update.
The problem exists in some installations where Mailessentials is installed on the same Exchange server.
If Mailessentials is installed on a separate server, the issue does not appear so far.
In some installations, all mails are not checked and
forwarded directly to the Exchange server.
The only solution so far is a daily restart of the services via a script.
Maybe an Exchange professional has an idea what the problem could be?

Another phenomenon, mails are moved to GFI\MailEssentials\EmailSecurity\FailedMails resp. \GFI\MailEssentials\Antispam\FailedMails At the same time, emails remain in the Exchange Poison queue.
Restarting the services helps here as well
