Clearing and rebuilding the cache for KOFF / Outlook is not a permanent solution. The search index becomes offline again if you start a new outlook session. I open a ticket and wait for a solution. I think about reverting back to V9.x

This has to be one of the worst updates of all times.
search index is not working reliably and also the problems with outlook are frustrating.
I already rolled back 2 clients and I plan to roll back another one soon.

I can confirm that "Advanced find" in Outlook (MS365) is not working. The only way to make it works is delete profile cache stored in %LOCALAPPDATA%\kerio\Outlook Connector\, as mentioned by AndreasL.

Here the same.
I've updated a couple of Servers (small and big ones) and the problem is - if you have a huge amount, literally tens of thousands e-mails in your inbox, Outlook is becoming non-responsive.
User with 58K e-Mails in his inbox had to delete from "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Kerio\Outlook Connector" the Folder "Outlook.[GUID]" and rebuild everything.
Moreover, it was a notebook, and the CPU was contantly over 90%.
Conclusion: the update works more or less if you don't have thousands of e-mails in your inbox. If you have a huge amount of e-mails, delete the KOFF Folder and be patient for the synchronisation over night.
But this issue should still be fixed from GFI/Kerio.
A good notice from the user with 58K E-Mails: the search doesnt block his Outlook for over one minute, "just" for about 10 seconds.
This means the search was optimized by GFI/Kerio.

I've been fighting this update since it rolled out. I was able to get all of the users to get rid of old emails so that no one has more than 7 GB of emails stored and thought I was free of it. Now one user is stuck with the connector search indexing stuck in offline mode. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the connector, cleared cache, manually removed the store from the system, and verified all the services I can think of that would be part of the issue. Does anyone have a fix for this? Is there a time table where we can expect a fix from GFI?
