Beta tried on 2 sites here where clients are struggling with crashing and Outlook being unresponsive. Patch improves things slightly but still have slow Outlook startup and "Building Search Index (0%)" for long periods.

Hi, we have problem in new version with teams meetings, when usesrs cancel meeting in phones, server sends cancelation mail to all meeting members and mail looks like meeting creator send that mail. Anybody have same issue?

Hi, we have noticed the following problem.
After searching for a message, moving a message to a subfolder does not make that message disappear from the search window.
You need to perform the search again so that the moved message is no longer displayed.

Looks like 10.0 update has been silently removed from automatic updates. If you search for updates in the GUI nothing can be found (even no beta) and also in the news on the dashboard there is no notice about 10.0 anymore. So GFI seems to see it as that problematic that the major release is removed!
But no comment on that, no solution or a time-frame for a (final) patch - I have a couple of users affected (big mailboxes on terminal-server..) and they ask me daily about a solution. They where frustrated before with the slow search performance, had lots of hopes with the 10.0 update and now are even more frustrated than before the update.
So if using 9.4.2.Connector in conjunction with 10.0 server is a solution I need somehow approval from GFI before applying this on the terminal-server since I don't want to mess up things even more.
I'm really worried that this could turn out as a similar disaster like we had last year with the HTML-problem that finally took months to be solved... the only thing stable seems to be the price increases which are hard to explain to customers fighting with the problems.

We rolled back our Kerio Connect v10 Remote Desktop Services client to KOFF 9.4.6498 without any issues other than recreating the Outlook profiles to resync the email.

After a lot of different testing configurations, I have got a solution for the Outlook freez/hang problem:
Even after the beta patch of kerio 10.0 wasn't solveed the problem for all users. Some users could use outlook without problems and some not.
The user/Client Outlook Application should be closed
Do the following at your Mailserver for the affected users:
stopped service kerio-connect
keriomapi store deleted
.journal.db deleted
specguid.fld deleted
startet kerio service
on the client
Koff Client + Kerio Updater manual deinstall/removed (10.x)
kerio-connect-koff-9.4.2-6498-win.exe installed
under C:\users\USERNAME\appdata\local\Kerio\USERNAME deleted (KOFF Cache)
Outlook Profile deleted
recreated with another description
After this my outlook users haven't reportet any more problems!

The 2nd beta of the Outlook KOFF Connector appears to resolve the reported issues for performance and searching in a Remote Desktop Services environment (terminal server). The only negative is you have to resync each user's mail or remove KOFF cache directory for each.
