I have a terminal server with Office 365 32 bit installed.
The 32 bit version was needed bacause of an ERP we are using, but now, the need for 32 bit is gone and we like to upgrade top 64 bit Office 365.
What we did was:
1. Uninstall Kerio Connector 32 bit
2. Uninstall Office 365 32 bit
3. Install Office 365 64 bit
4. Install Kerio Connector 64 bits
When we open Outlook, we get the following error:
---------------------------
Microsoft Outlook
---------------------------
Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. An unexpected error has occurred.
MAPI was unable to load the information service C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\KOFMSP.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
How can we make Outlook work again?
Note: at this moment we rolled back to 32 bit (uninstall kerio connector 64 bit. uninstall office 64 bit, install office 32 bit, install Kerio Connector 32 bit) and everything works again.
But we want / need to move to the 64 bit version in the near future.
So please tell me how to do that without removing all mail profiles, as the mail setup is rather complex and we have a lot of users.

Then add the account and let sync again.
