Kerio control not resolve dns [message #153097]

I have a mail server but when I access from outside internet is ok form mail server but I access from inside local not ok from mail server.
IP wan kerio control also ip wan mail server. So when I used nslookup on kerio then result:
Resolve domain name: mail.x.vn ok from ip wan
Resolve ip wan: not ok result is name control (kerio)
