Add WOL packet generator [message #153084]

It would be very helpful if the system could be used to generate a WOL packet on a specified interface to a given MAC. This could be an add-one to the existing IP tools, or a separate function.

This would allow admin users to generate a WOL packet to a local network when remote to wake local machines for remote maintenance etc.
