Hi Guys,

Yesterday finally the new version 9.42 came available with the new kernel. (1,5 year later finally)
Today I tested it with my Kerio Control version 9.3.6 patch 1 build 5808
to version 9.4.2 build 7285
Looks ok on first hand
This evening I tried a customers firewall but it says in Dashboard screen that 9.4.2 build 7285 is available for download
but when I click on the link it goes to the software tab under advanced and I click on Upgrade then the Update to 9.4.2 build 7285 dissapears ?
Also another customer firewall same problem?

Whats happening GFI guys problems with this new version?

Please let us Know!

E-Mail fr<_at_>nk.nl
Thank you

The same thing is happening to me. I updated my firewall yesterday. Today, on others, the update either doesn't come up at all or disappears.
But 9.4.2 is still available on the web.
And still no VPN client for macOS Sad

There is an issue with VMWare NIC's. OK to download from download.kerio.com

"this version has problems only when running on VMware hypervisor (HW boxes and Hyper-V are working fine).

Source of the problem is VMware tools - at this moment we will remove VMware tools from this version to not cause any further delays"

In another topic I wrote, that the same happened to me. My own firewall could be upgraded from the admin page, then there are no other firewalls showed the upgrade (all are on 9.4.0). What is even more frightening: using the downloaded upgrade image I have upgraded one customer's NG100W, and it became totally bricked! It does nothing at all after switched on, the screen remains black and the monitor goes to power save...

Hello everyone, hope your week has started well. I am delighted to inform you that Kerio Control 9.4.2 patch 1 has been released as promised and is available for download through the Software Update module on your Kerio Control instance!

For those of you who aren't familiar, on your Kerio Control web UI navigate to: Advanced Options > Software Update > Upgrade to a new version (section) > Download (button) > (once the download is finished) Upgrade Now (button) > Kerio Control will restart to complete the upgrade
