Hi,

Was 9.4.2 pulled back? Early afternoon I could upgrade my own firewall from the admin page, then I tried the customers' devices, but they do not find an upgrade (all the firewalls were on 9.4.0, including mine). I have tried the upgrade from image, but the first device (NG100) is not connecting anymore, tomorrow morning I have to visit the customer's office...

Its still on download.kerio.com ....

I have it running on 4 firewall now, 3 hyperV VM's and one NG100.
No issues on the NG100 (also no speed issues, as the internet connection there is only 40 Mbit)

If you can supply me with the different beta versions, I can test to find out in what version the speed disappeared.

Thank you, tverweij. The information has been forwarded to the Product and Development teams for review.
Build 7243 should be around the 13th of July, with quite a few more beta and internal revisions. I really appreciate the help, and I'll email you from customers<_at_>gfi.com once I have more information about the builds and potential testing phases.

For safe measures, the download was pulled back from the UI news and updates sections for the time being to be rechecked. It's still available at download.kerio.com/archive/ via upgrade.gfi.com.

Hi everyone, thank you all for your input! I wanted to confirm that we have a new release build for Kerio Control 9.4.2 patch 1. It contains a fix for the VMware network interfaces issue and it is indeed scheduled for release on Monday.

Curious on the speed if you have tried turning off IPS? I have found IPS is cutting our download speed to less than half. Turn it off and instant speed increase. It appears IPS is blocking valid traffic during large downloads creating the appearance of low bandwidth.

Hello everyone, hope your week has started well. I am delighted to inform you that Kerio Control 9.4.2 patch 1 has been released as promised and is available for download through the Software Update module on your Kerio Control instance!

For those of you who aren't familiar, on your Kerio Control web UI navigate to: Advanced Options > Software Update > Upgrade to a new version (section) > Download (button) > (once the download is finished) Upgrade Now (button) > Kerio Control will restart to complete the upgrade

My test results of 9.4.2p1 after one day of service:

On NG100 - within a day I have to restart the device because all websites are getting slow and / or loading only partly. After reboot everything is ok again.

On HyperV
- within 4 hours the AntiVirus service crashes.
- IPS is limiting all upload on all interfaces to 300 Mbit (Internet connection is 1 Gbit). With IPS: 700 down, 300 up, without IPS: 850 down, 850 up.
