I'm not sure if this is a feature and I've missed a configuration option.
When in mail essentials, when checking the quarantine there are options to approve, whitelist and approve, delete and download. But there is no button to blacklist the email, you are required to go into the personal whitelist\blacklist menu instead which is a bit of a faff and hard to instruct users to follow this route. If there was an option to add to the personal blacklist while in the email it would make life simpler for the end user.
As i said if this already exists can someone point to where it's configured.

Hi CoGriGroup,
There are two quarantine databases, content/malware and spam. As it's about personal blocklists and allow/block action, this should be about the spam quarantine.
I don't understand the use case if the email is already quarantined. Is it that the Personal blocklist is above the other spam filters and is set to a special action, such as Delete?
Also, SpamTag odd-on for Outlook can add to the personal/global blocklist the domain or the sender's address. For more information, please see https://support.mailessentials.gfi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360 016016559-SpamTag.
