We haven't been archiving emails to our GFI Archiver 12 since 2017 which we were license for 500 users. This server is still up and running great that way we can still access & extract emails for discoveries from it when needed.

My issue is today, I logged in to run a search and a screen pops up that says "Thank you for evaluating GFI Archiver".

Could this be because are "licensed users" is for 500 users and our "enabled users" show to be 511? If this is the case, how can I work around it because we aren't actively archiving emails to it? Is there a registry fix I can put in place?

Thank you for your assistance.
