Kerio Control HA configuration [message #152512]

Hello,
I would like to ask... What I need to configure for HA on Kerio Control? Do I really need to setup on clean new Kerio Control only IP addresses, things in HA menu and everything else will be replicated? Completely all settings? I want to be sure. Thank you...

Hi devlin! What you should end up with after setting up High Availability is a live instance (master) and an exact replica (slave) ready to take over in case the master fails. To make sure you are setting up HA properly, have a look at our knowledge article, Configuring High Availability in Kerio Control.

Hi, thank you! I only wanted to be sure, that everything I need to setup before HA are network interfaces and the rest will be replicated. Only thing I am thinking about right now is VPN server and site to site Kerio VPN tunel. This is replicated too and should also work in HA without problems, am I right?

I can have the same IP address on the WAN interface, because one of the Kerio Controls is always inactive right?

Thank you.. I have to configure HA on a critical remote firewall next week so I want to be sure with everything.

Hi,
dit it work that the Slave Control activate the WAN interface after the Master Control went offline?

We setup an HA-Cluster and the Slave Controls WAN Interface was not activated after the Master went offline. A manual activation of the Wan Interface on the Slave worked, but this is not the sense of HA-Cluster.
