Now that Microsoft's site seems to indicate a limit of 35MB, not 25, can you either increase the default limit imposed by MaxPerItemResponseSize and other mailserver.cfg settings, and/or clarify the note here

https://support.kerioconnect.gfi.com/hc/en-us/articles/36001 5197399-Large-attachment-emails-are-missing-in-Apple-Mail-an d-Mac-Outlook-EWS-

about the potential stability problems because it's not clear if the stability issues are related to having Kerio's settings set higher than what Outlook can handle, or if it's safe to make adjustments in mail server.cfg now that Outlook's limit seems to be higher.

Thanks,

Jeff

Very welcome! I was informed that the warning in our knowledge article is there as a precaution. If your KerioConnect instance is not overloaded, making this change should not have any dramatic effect on performance, especially if you do not have a large number of users. I would say give it a try and monitor closely; in the unlikely event of an adverse reaction, you can always revert the change.
