Kerio Connect every version

Today I encounter a strange problem at one of my customers. They like to set a new delegation because he is in hollyday. Something was not working and so I take a closer look.
I found existings delegation rights for a no longer existing user. This cant be deleted anymore the propper way in delegations. She delegate his incomming and calender to user xxx and the user xxx see not her but the already deleted user. This results in a not seen delegation in user xxx and in koff we have to connect active to the delegation user to see his incomming and calender.

Is there any way to remove delegate rights in the filesystem to fix this?

/update: I found somethins in the file folder.map in the user directory. Can I saftly remove entrys in this file or delete this file?

Regards
Andreas

I struggle with the mailboxes of two users. Right now shared folders of the user dosen't appears in the webmail of the other user but can be add in KOFF for Outlook. In webmail there no options to get shared folders. Is there a way to reset the shared folders of both mailboxes without delete the who mailbox and recreate them?
