Running the latest version of Kerio Connect 9.4.1 patch 1. I decided yesterday to try the new Lets Encrypt certificate. I installed it and then set it as my default certificate. For some reason, all of our clients that use BlueMail on Android devices (via ActiveSync) stopped working. All other clients on Android, iOS, and Windows continued to work fine. Not sure if I did something wrong or missed a step here. The funny thing is even after I removed the Lets Encrypt certificate and set the default back to my own certificate, Blue Mail continued to not be able to send or receive email. Even removing the user account from BlueMail or clearing the cache of the app didn't help. The only thing that solved the problem was completely uninstalling BlueMail and reinstalling it. Had to do this for several users.

The funny thing is that when we set up accounts, we also choose the SSL/TLS option, but not the option to check certificate. When I look at the settings of an account, under Client Certificate it says None. So if I am not evening using the certificate, how could installing one on my server completely break BlueMail where even removing the account and adding it back does not fix the problem. Very strange.
