The following feedback has been submitted on request 3664739 of Kerio Connect customer Gary:

Hi,

Intuitively, custom rules mean that they bypass every other rule. However, they do not bypass BitDefender. Therefore, please change the order of rules to allow the highest priority for custom rules. This will enable us to bypass any false positives by BitDefender Advanced Filter.
