Hello,

We recently had a Kerio NG500 Series get rolled back from 9.4 to 9.3.6 patch 1 build 5808, and then within 48 hours go completely offline.


Curious if anybody else had a Kerio control failure/outage after a 9.4 -> 9.3.6 rollback?


About the only error log of note were firebird errors in the error.log, i.e. this

which went away once the cache was cleared

other than that, nothing really stood out in the logs re: what would have caused a kerio outage
