Kerio Koff no longer works if other programs also use the files libcrypto-1_1.dll and libssl-1_1.dll under Appdata. When running, the Kerio Koff does not use the files in his own directory. This leads to a malfunction and the Koff crashes. Can you fix this and make the koff use its own files from its directory? Can you Fix it?

Is there anything new about this? How long does a response from the backend team take? Otherwise I have to find and change a new mail server.

Hi Filinchen! Our software is customer-driven. The more customers that request similar functionality, the faster it will be added to the roadmap. In this case, KOFF works in the way that it was initially designed, meaning compatibility with other 3rd-party MAPI applications is not guaranteed. Changing the way DLLs are loaded requires redesign and reimplementation. As I am sure you can appreciate, I cannot speculate on a timeline for that.
