How to modify subject / body for external e-mail [message #151905]

Hi GFI MailEssentials Users,

does anybody know how to modify the E-Mail Subject / Body for external E-Mails?

If a new external Mail comes in, the subject should be modified to (EXTERNAL) : ORIGINAL SUBJECT
Also the E-Mail Body should have a extra line obove the e-mail content with (WARNING : This email originated outside of XYZ....)

There is a Disclaimer possibility in MailEssentials but you cannot add disclaimers for incoming emails, only for outgoing emails. However, you can still configure it directly on Exchange using transport rules.
