I've tried this and still have an issue, the server is still running 9.3.1 Patch 2 as i was going to update then this issue occurred so held off so I'm not having to update twice.

Office version 2205 build 15225.20204 click to run.

Ran the beta installer, had to manually terminate the kerio backend process as had a firebird.msg error. after patch re-opened outlook still not displaying as html. so had to roll the office client back to get the user running.

Going to test an update after the kerio patch has been run on a previous rollback machine.

I'm seeing the update did not work "on the server" but I am asking if you also updated the KOFF on the systems. Seems to me that it is the KOFF that needs updating the most. Right?

Confusion is the first step in understanding.

Evil or Very Mad

Still no HTML ... updated Server and KOFF. Also tested as new test setup.
Same issue with Outlook 2019 x64, KOFF 9.4.1p1, installed on an AD-joined Windows 10 Pro; server is Kerio Connect on a Debian 10 x64 machine. I installed the KOFF p1 beta on my test client first, keeping Office still at v2204. HTML mails were shown just normally. Then updated Office to v2205 and HTML mail display was instantly broken again.

Are you kidding? A beta version from more than 2 weeks ago!
We are strongly researching for a new solution...

Quote:
The official release is planned for this next week.

We've so far received a positive response on the Beta release from the partners we've shared it with.

Here. is a link to the Beta download for those interested.

I recommend testing it on one or two of the machines, and then expanding the deployment if it works.

The fix has been shared publiclly through the GFI Insiders Program.

Dear GFI Insiders,

I hope you are doing well,

Following the recent Microsoft update which changed Outlook HTML implementation and impacted Kerio Connect KOFF we would like to share a patch resolving that problem.

Patch for testing is available here: https:// drive.google.com/drive/folders/1EgO2HnYXBBaNi-aTZkpTkXtgdRwZ pRNt

Please note that this KOFF version is compatible only with Kerio connect mail server versions 9.4 & 9.4.1.

This version is compatible with Outlook 2016/2019/2021/O365.

We would appritiate if anyone could test it and provide any feedback.

Thank you,

Kind regards

Hello

what do you mean by "This version is compatible with Outlook 2016/2019/2021/O365"?

Is that means that I can't install it on Office 2013 and older?

I think we, as your customers, would really appreciate if you would thoroughly test patches within GFI, and not use your customers as beta-testers. It more and more seems that there's only a very small development team working on Kerio Connect, and that a testing team is non-existent.
From a company like GFI, with all the pretentious marketing talk, one would expect more. And with the 30-50% price increasing coming up soon, things are getting more and more out of balance and even outright ridicoulous.
