I sent many hours to disable Office automatic updates and to rollback to the previous version of Office!
My customers didn't pay me for these many hours (about 100/110 users).
When GFI will find a solution... I will do the same work, re-enable Office updates and lunch the update!
Other non-paid hours!
Meanwhile my customers are not protect against the latests threats because Office is not updated!
Another thing... I have to pay for EAS that work really bad with Outlook so... I forced to use the KOff connector!
After more than 10 years I'm really thinking to change our mail server solution.
I think that GFI should discount a big chunk of the price for the renewal next year for longtime customers.
I'm really disappointed right now, but at least I no longer have customers mad at me (after blocking updates and rolling back Office).
Peace!

hi, is there any new info, how long this will take to fix?
so for me, the incompatibility with kerio has existed for a month now.
as admin, i have activated the "Coming Soon" option in office365 (top right corner) to get updates earlier than my colleagues, giving me some time to act when some problems appear (that was the plan!).
microsoft support couldnt help back then, then i found this thread.
if that weren't a bit disappointing over time, i would still think, that GFI mail two weeks ago "Workaround to the HTML formatting issue in Outlook" formatted as HTML instead of plain text to take advantage of the full potential of the bug, was amusing.
please change your information policy. i learned from an old mate once. if you are running late, dont hesitate to give your customer a status every half an hour to keep him calm.

The roll back is pretty easy. Easy enough to instruct someone too. Works every time so far. Screw MS updates. I'm tired of them continually breaking sh1t.
From an admin powershell or CMD.
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\officec2rclient.exe" /update user updatetoversion=16.0.15128.20248
It will revert your office install to the previous version.
Be sure to disable updates by going to any office application, File > Office Account > Update Options > Disable updates
