I had the same problem, now it is fixed by installing the patch.
But now I have a problem with displaying diacritics in meeting invitations in Outlook with KOFF. I tried to upgrade to 9.4.2, but it didn't help.
Could it be related with this problem? Is there any solution for this?

I don't think so. We have same issue, even on 9.4.2. I made a ticket #3676478.

There's solution - you can set UTF-8 in international options in Outlook settings.

Plain text problem never happens on 9.4.2.

We have the same problems with diacritics in meeting invitations.
It is not only an Outlook problem. Same in the Kerio Connect Web client.

Go to "File < Options" in your Microsoft Outlook application. Then click on the "Mail" option from the left panel and then under the "Compose messages" section on the right panel, check if the "HTML" option is selected against "Compose messages in this format" option. If not, then select it.

Hi, I have Kerio Connect 9.4.2 and when users send a Microsoft Teams invitation it arrives as plain text, the links are lost, but this only happens with users who receive Outlook on Windows configured with the Kerio connector, users who receive mail with WebMail or MAC OS do not have this problem.

To solve this problem, Windows users who have the Kerio Connector have a second IMAP email account set up, they can now view the invitation in HTML format, but this is not a solution for most customers.

The Beta version of Kerio Connect 10 is already available, but they do not assure that this problem is solved.

I installed the first patch for the x64 version of the msi installer. After that, I installed Office's latest patch. There didn't appear to be any issues, with the exception of my email filing add-on (Quickfile).
