I noticed that the layout isn't okay if I use the quickprint function. Normal printing is okay. Version: 9.4.1-6445-p1

just got a messgae, that 9.4.1p1 is out - with HTML layout fix.

Do I need to upgrade the server as well, or I can only upgrade the KOFF?

When upgrading Server, KOFF will automatic updated by all Clients - so it is the best solution.
I have updates yesterday alle Customers and our own Server without problems.

After the amount of "positive" feedback with the beta in here I'll wait a few more days; now it doesn't matter anyway. Actually people got so used to the webmail interface by now that we're considering ditching Outlook altogether, so we won't need Kerio either.

Does anyone have experience with grommunio (formerly grammm)? They claim to have full native MAPI backend compatibility, so no need for an Outlook plugin.

Thank you very much for the answer, but that was not my question.

everybody knows, that if you update the server it updates the koff too.

my question was, can I update the KOFF without update the server?

After updating to 9.4.1 patch 1 (6445) we have received a sync error.

An error occurred while synchronizing the Email Subject message to the server.
Kerio Outlook Connector hasn't been able to send this message or synchronize it with the Kerio Connect server.
Please contact your system administrator.

After the update I have seen this error with multiple mailboxes. We have several hundred mailboxes that could be vulnerable to this bug. Applying the linked solution for hundreds of users is not an option!
We where able to put off our clients regarding the HTML rendering problem, but now this is way too much. Pls fix this ASAP!

We applied the path two weeks ago and it works fine so far.
But I have to say that we only maintain four Kerio Connect installations(one for ourselves and three for customers) with limited users(the biggest one has 30 inboxes).
The sync error appeared only once for my personal inbox since then: It was right after I deleted an email. But that was it.
Due to our small amount of users, this might not be representative.
But I wanted to give feedback anyways. Smile

MS found another bug with answers/replys and missing sender information in the mailbody if you quote the original mail. They fix it in build 10388.20004 and release it on 12. July 2022. I hope GFI know this and can test it ASAP.

Ugh...

Anyone have any idea how common the synchronization issue is? I updated to the latest version of Kerio on the evening of 07/18/22. I got the error on my desktop yesterday and chalked it up to circumstance. A user just forwarded me the synchronization error she got.

I have 625 active mailboxes. The solution provided here is not acceptable if I have to do this for even 10% of my users.
