Just installed Office Beta 2207 to test since MS promised to fix the Exchange related problem with the HTML-footers in 2206 - no change to our problem so hoping that a next Office update will solve this will lead you to the wrong direction.
I clearly think it is just a KOFF related problem we're dealing with and my clients are getting somewhat angry that the issue stays...

holy moly, after a month now, there is still no fix? The google drive doesn't even show the beta fix anymore (which made its own problems).

What the heck guys ... this shows again, kicking out the original dev team wasn't that Bright of an idea and if email is critical to anyone, they should think twice about connect.

MS found another bug with answers/replys and missing sender information in the mailbody if you quote the original mail. They fix it in build 10388.20004 and release it on 12. July 2022. I hope GFI know this and can test it ASAP.

Something strange occurred to me.

I applied msi x64 patch 1. Then I updated Office. Except for my email-filing add-on, everything seemed to be in working order (Quickfile). Essentially, my add-on could copy emails from the inbox to the proper folders but not destroy the originals (same for sent mails - a copy remained in the outbox).

I have with 9.4.1-6445-p1 the problem that in folders with many messages when switching between the messages Outlook crashes sporadically. I am now back on an older KOFF version for testing and the problem does not occur at the moment. (but the html problem of course again

)

The problem could not be reproduced in every mailbox, it seems to be related to the number or the content of the messages.

We tested 9.4.1-6445-p1 and could not find any problems so far. HTML display ok, corrupt mails no longer appear.

i got tons of sync errors and my Contacts and Calendar entry's where gone. I had to completely remove office, all profiles and KOF. Reinstalled everything and now it seems to work. 🙄
