Something is happening at Microsoft in this matter. Apparently, Microsoft has identified the problem and is working on a patch for March 2023. The problem is based on an API for the calendar in Office Click-to-Run. There is a blog article in German that explains the details and contains links to English background articles:

I´ve tried the ps-script from microsoft ( https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-clien t/shell-experience/troubleshoot-start-menu-errors#symptom-st art-menu-and-other-shell-components-broken-by-third-party-ap p-clickshare) sucessfully on 2 machines.
