If you want to migrate Kerio to Office 365, then you need to use third-party software as there is no official method to perform this migration process. One such tool is SysConverter for Kerio software.

There is no manual method available to migrate Kerio emails to Office 365. You need to use third-party software to migrate Kerio email data to Office 365 account with a completely maintained file structure and folder hierarchy.

To migrate emails, I used IMAPsync.

To migrate calendars/contacts/notes I used Sumatra's migration tool to move data over. 100% fidelity on these items.

I have no relationship to either of these companies except as a satisfied customer.

I agree with Bud Durland, IMAPSync can also migrate emails. But if you are looking to migrate everything like emails, contacts, calendars with all attachments, then I suggest you to use this professional utility - RecoveryTools
Kerio Migrator. I have used this in my investigations to dump Kerio mailbox into PST files.

Users have to follow these simple steps to migrate kerio to Office 365 without facing any hassle:
First, install and run the Kerio mail to Office 365 migrator utility on your system.

Now, choose one option from select Files and select Folders from the software panel.

Then, check I am converting Multiple users' option if required.

After, that select Kerio server folders from the software window and press on NEXT button to continue.

Thereafter, select Office 365 saving option from the given drop list.

After that, enter Office 365 login credentials to complete the following task.

Finally, click on next button to start the process of kerion mail server to Office 365.

A pop up box will appear on the screen. Click on OK.

Hello. We are planing to migrate from Kerio Connect to Exchange Online. Is there a smart way to configure a hybrid solution? Or is the only way to make a big bang on a weekend?
We would like to migrate the Users step by step and not all at once.

You can use the IMAP migration method to migrate from kerio Connect to Office 365. This method is absolutely free and not so typical.
