If you want to migrate Kerio to Office 365, then you need to use third-party software as there is no official method to perform this migration process. One such tool is SysConverter for Kerio software.

There is no manual method available to migrate Kerio emails to Office 365. You need to use third-party software to migrate Kerio email data to Office 365 account with a completely maintained file structure and folder hierarchy.

To migrate emails, I used IMAPsync.

To migrate calendars/contacts/notes I used Sumatra's migration tool to move data over. 100% fidelity on these items.

I have no relationship to either of these companies except as a satisfied customer.

Cheers,
Jon

you can always dump the email box into a PST file, O365 will love to see that one

Office 365 can IMAP import the old users directly if the Kerio server is still online and accessible.

The messages, yes, but probably not the personal contacts, calendars or tasks

I agree with Bud Durland, IMAPSync can also migrate emails. But if you are looking to migrate everything like emails, contacts, calendars with all attachments, then I suggest you to use this professional utility - RecoveryTools
Kerio Migrator
. I have used this in my investigations to dump Kerio mailbox into PST files.

The organizational decision on migrating data from Kerio Mail to Office 365 migration depends on the volume of the data and the availability of integrated tools. The easiest method to transfer data from Kerio Mail to Office 365 is by using Exchange Online features. But migrating data through the administration center does not guarantee that the entire data is migrated. In order to tackle this situation and ensure that the data migration is successful, you can switch to professional tools.
