Hello. I'd recommend checking the following. If this doesn't resolve it, I suggest to open a support ticket with us.

Not all versions of KOC are compatible with all versions of Kerio Connect. I recommend downloading KOC from your Kerio Connect Server,, to ensure that it automatically delivers the appropriate version for the connection. Please also note that you can set the connection parameters automatically by using the auto-config tool; for additional reference please review the

Installing the Kerio Outlook Connector article.

Lastly, I highly recommend reviewing the Kerio Outlook Connector article, as it also describes the aforementioned points in detail.
