Is there a way in Kerio Admin to tell if 2fa is enabled for specific users? We are going through all users and having them enable 2fa. But we have no way by looking at the users list if 2fa is actually enabled. If there is not a way, this would be a really helpful feature.

I would recommend opening a support ticket with us.. Detail that may not be showed in the GUI, are often logged. And Tech support would be in the best position to assist in this.

We too have this issue. I enabled Debug logging for user authentication and run a grep on the debug log to capture who has it set up. Of course this would only work prior to deployment. grep -RiI ' 2FA Start Setup successful for use' /kerio/store/logs/

Hello,

If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled for users, they will be prompted to enter an additional piece of information after they have entered their username and password. This additional piece of information typically includes an authentication code sent to the user's mobile device or an authentication code generated by a security key. If a user is not prompted to enter an additional authentication code, then 2FA is not enabled for that user.

A little bit uncomfortable way: Right-clicking on a user shows an entry "Disable 2-step verification". If this is greyed out, 2FA is disabled. I think there has to be a flag in the config files in /var/winroute/. I didn't find it until now.
